Having trouble with a tool? We're here to help. When you contact support, it helps us a great deal if you include:
- The name of the tool you were using (for example, Image Compressor or JSON Formatter).
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead.
- The device, operating system and browser you were on (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone).
- A screenshot, if you have one — it often points us straight to the problem.
Business inquiries
For partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, content collaborations or other business matters, email azutils@gmail.com with a short summary of your proposal and the best way to reach you. Adding "Business" to your subject line helps us route it to the right person quickly.
Feedback
AZUtils gets better because of its users. If a tool could be clearer, faster or more useful — or if there's a tool you wish existed — tell us. Feature requests and honest feedback are some of the most valuable messages we receive, and they directly shape what we build next.
Reporting a bug
Found something that isn't working the way it should? Let us know and we'll prioritise a fix. A good bug report includes the tool name, the steps that led to the problem, the result you saw, and your browser and device. The more detail you share, the faster we can reproduce and resolve the issue.
Expected response times
We're a small, focused team, and we aim to reply quickly:
- General questions & feedback: usually within 1–2 business days.
- Bug reports: acknowledged within 1–2 business days; fixes are scheduled by severity.
- Business inquiries: within 2–3 business days.
Response times may be a little longer over weekends and public holidays. Either way, every message is read.

Do you store the files or text I use in the tools?
No. Most AZUtils tools run entirely in your browser, which means your files and text are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Can I suggest a new tool?
